Allan Finnegan, JD, is a co-founder & COO of OMS Practice Sales. He has over three years of corporate tax law experience at a large national firm. During his time at the firm, he helped clients through major transactions such as bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and consolidations. While working with Fortune 500 companies, he was able to touch a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, manufacturing, and consumer goods.

More recently, he has four years of experience working exclusively with both newly graduated and seasoned, experienced OMS surgeons from across the country, aiding them in all their legal needs. For newly graduated doctors that want to work in a practice, he assists with their employment contracts. For new doctors wanting to own their own practice, he helps associates buy into the practice they are working at, purchase an existing practice, or build a practice from the ground up. For seasoned, experienced doctors, he facilitates the process of bringing associates into the practice, whether as independent contractors or full-time employees, and assists with potential associate buy-in opportunities. He also provides all the legal expertise necessary to help doctors wanting to sell their practice.
