Co-founder and CEO
Scott Graham, MHA, FACMPE is a co-founder and CEO of OMS Practice Sales. After successfully starting and managing a large OMS practice with a nationally recognized fellowship program in St. Louis, MO, Scott offers 20 years of practical OMS practice management experience. He has a wealth of knowledge of practice transitions/mergers/acquisitions, recruitment, revenue cycle improvement, billing and coding, workflow optimization, and process improvement training.
Scott understands OMS practice management. He has been in over 150 practices in his career and has built, started, bought, sold, and managed practices. Scott started his own consulting firm in 2017, OMS Consulting Firm, that provides full-scope OMS practice management services. Scott’s areas of expertise include practice development, leadership training, business coaching, and over-all practice analysis.
He is the founder of the Jaws Society (now called SOMSA), a national not-for profit professional organization for OMS practice administrators. He has lectured at several local and national conferences and written articles on the topics of OMS practice management, starting an OMS Fellowship Program, attracting top dental talent, and has lectured at several residency programs. Scott also recently co-authored a book chapter about practice management in the 3rd edition of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
When not working, Scott enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, canoeing and traveling.

Co-founder & COO
Allan Finnegan, JD, is a co-founder & COO of OMS Practice Sales. He has over three years of corporate tax law experience at a large, national firm. During his time at the firm, he helped clients through major transactions such as bankruptcy, mergers and acquisitions, spin-offs, and consolidations. While working with Fortune 500 companies, he was able to touch a broad range of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, energy, manufacturing, and consumer goods.
More recently, he has seven years of experience working exclusively with oral and maxillofacial surgeons from across the country, aiding them in all their legal needs. He dedicates his time to helping his OMS clients with entity formation documents, employment and independent contractor agreements, buy-in and stock purchase agreements, assets purchase and goodwill purchase agreements, transition service agreements, and lease and real estate purchase agreements.
He brings this legal knowledge and experience to OMS Practice Sales to help clients sell their practice and transition into retirement.
Allan currently lives in St. Louis. He graduated from the University of Missouri with a BS in Finance and a JD. When not working with OMS clients, Allan is helping run a gym he owns in St. Louis and spending time with his wife, son, dog, family and close friends.

Co-founder and CFO
Alex Finnegan, CPA, is a Co-founder and CFO of OMS Practice Sales. He has five years of public accounting and advisory experience at a national Big 4 accounting firm. During this time, he led various audit engagements of both public and private companies in several different industries including pharmaceuticals, healthcare, & life sciences. He advised clients through complex accounting issues including implementation of new accounting standards, valuation of goodwill, and assessment of equity carve-out transactions. More recently, he has business/financial analyst experience in the healthcare industry and at higher education institutions.
He works directly with each client to understand practice finances to help them achieve their practice transition goals. His prior auditing and financial analyst experience provides a unique perspective in the valuation process to determine the fair market value of the practice. Further, he has performed financial statement analysis and modeling services to assist clients within the OMS industry in buying and selling practices.
Alex was born and raised in St. Louis, MO and graduated from the University of Missouri with a Master’s Degree in Accountancy. When not working, you can find Alex hiking new trails in state and national parks, traveling with friends, watching his favorite sports teams, and spending time with family.

Practice Transition Consultant
Dick Jackson is a Practice Transition Consultant of OMS Practice Sales.
Dick has 3+ decades of OMS practice consulting expertise. His “hands-on” experience includes extensive services in retirement practice transitions, transition planning, turnkey establishment of new practices, and practice profitability enhancements. He works with clients nation-wide who are within 5 years of retirement to facilitate the sales of their practices. Emphasis is placed upon structuring transitions in a manner that is compatible with each client’s desired move into retirement while retaining the prominence of their practices within their communities and the success of the buyers. Many of Dick’s current clients are surgeons that he originally placed in practice.
In his spare time, Dick enjoys spending time with his wife, traveling nationally and internationally, gardening, reading and biking. He earned his Bachelors and Masters Degrees at Ohio University.
