Scott Graham, MHA, FACMPE is a co-founder and CEO of OMS Practice Sales. After successfully starting and managing a large OMS practice with a nationally recognized fellowship program in St. Louis, MO, Scott offers 20 years of practical OMS practice management experience. He has a wealth of knowledge of practice transitions/mergers/acquisitions, recruitment, revenue cycle improvement, billing and coding, workflow optimization, and process improvement training.
Scott understands OMS practice management. He has been in over 150 practices in his career and has built, started, bought, sold, and managed practices. Scott started his own consulting firm in 2017, OMS Consulting Firm, that provides full-scope OMS practice management services. Scott’s areas of expertise include practice development, leadership training, business coaching, and over-all practice analysis.
He is the founder of the Jaws Society (now called SOMSA), a national not-for profit professional organization for OMS practice administrators. He has lectured at several local and national conferences and written articles on the topics of OMS practice management, starting an OMS Fellowship Program, attracting top dental talent, and has lectured at several residency programs. Scott also recently co-authored a book chapter about practice management in the 3rd edition of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
When not working, Scott enjoys the outdoors, hiking, camping, canoeing and traveling.
